I was experiencing problems with my CarPlay not working any more. It was quickly determined that the computer needed to be Flashed (reset) for the entertainment section, so I was able to get an appointment for the following day to have it done. Manny the new Service Manager personally took my Sierra in right away and within about an hour had reset and programed my truck. Manny was very pleasant and helpful and I appreciated his help. Everyone at Edw. J. Schwarz GMC has always been professional, Friendly and helpful.

My 2024 GMC Sierra had an oil leak with 35,000 miles on the vehicle. The oil was coming from the rear of the engine compartment, I also needed brakes and a regular service. I was told that I would need to leave the vehicle for an extended period of time. A day later I was contacted by a service representative who left a message. I returned the call and the person who answered the call told me that the brake job would cost $1,700 (I declined the astronomical quote for brake service), and that he had inspected the oil issue and agreed that the problem looked like the issue was coming from the engine some place. Two days later I called back to check on the service and spoke to MANNY, who told me that the truck was NOT LEAKING oil, the problem was only a faulty drain plug that was replaced. I disagreed with his evaluation and my suspicion that he was putting the issue off until after my warranty had expired at 36,000 miles so that I would be responsible for the repair. He stated that was not so, and I could bring my truck back any time to evaluate the problem. Then when I went to pick up I received a bill for the regular service, and was also charged 36$ for the brake inspection, after I had declined the $1,700 brake quote. Not sure looking at the dash and seeing the front brakes were at 1% and rear at %10 or a quick look under the truck as it was on the lift for an oil change was worth $36 dollars. I have been a customer of this dealer for several years and purchased several vehicles for my self and my wife, as well as the rest of my family. After this POOR SERVICE, I doubt that I will deal with the dealer again in the future.

I am totally delighted with your dealership's service and customer service departments and associates.They got me in same day for an oil change and tire rotation, then found my car was past registration date. They worked it all out for me, and with renewed registration. I was so thankful they found the late registration issue and it was taken care of right then, at time of service and inspection, etc. I have so much confidence in coming there for service, because everyone is extremely kind, caring, honest and helpful. This is truly wonderful! So glad they caught the late registration and worked everything out right there for me. It was a HUGE relief. Thank YOU!!!!

We have always bought our cars here and have had numerous vehicles serviced- on Saturday when I got in the car I wasn’t aware of what I would find. The drivers side floor mat and door jam were soiled with brown dirt. I was very surprised by this .

My 2024 GMC pickup needed to be towed into the dealership. This truck is used for work and they got it in and fixed all in one day. I was able to get back to work the next day.
